A career in architecture shaped by practical design, broad experience and a belief that good planning makes every project stronger.
Jurgens began his architectural career in Bloemfontein in 1985 after completing National Service. Over the years his work and travels have taken him through Windhoek, London, Cape Town and Pretoria, expanding both his architectural experience and perspective.
Now based in Aberdeen in the Karoo, near Graaff-Reinet, he runs New Designs and works full-time in architecture across residential, commercial and development projects.
